Oh, I thought you seen this in real life. We've all seen horrific things online.
Where I live, public nudity is legal. Every year they have a bicycle race down main street. Last year, there was a grossly overweight naked man in the race. I mean he was so overweight, that from the back, it looked like there was no bicycle seat. Just big flabby butt cheeks wiggling and jiggling as he rode his bike.

They allow because, like I said, public nudity is legal in the town. If the parents do not want their children to see the bicycle race, then they should keep them inside until the race is over.
