A 53-year-old man and his dog have survived a 200ft fall down a cliff.

Officers were alerted by the coastguard on Monday afternoon to reports the man from Rochdale had fallen at Little Cliff, near the village of Cloughton.

Thank goodness he survived and his dog is also okay. Dumb idea, however, to have a dog off lead near a cliff like this.
