Should the government enforce a mandatory retirement age?

If so, what age should someone before forced to stop working?

No. It's hard enough finding workers where I live. If a 65 year old is capable of doing the job, why stop them?

Agreed. Unless it involves physical work, people should keep working until they want to retire. It's unfair to force someone to stop working because they're just 'too old'.
