I learned how to drive with a manual / standard car..

I suppose it doesn't matter to me because I drove stick for so long that I dont even think about it when I drive.
 
equally good at either but much much prefer manual.............auto is a lazy way of driving
 
Automatic. Easier on the leg when doing a very long trip.

I can't drive yet but I actually had a test drive-- it's manual because you have more configuration on your shift driving
 
Automatics are just as good and you have to do less work, plus they are the only ones I know how to drive.

Manual cars seem to last longer and are cheaper to fix / maintain from my experiences.
