Did anyone else have a birthday party at McDonald's? How was it?

I used to love going to parties at a McDonald's because of the kids meal and the awesome play area they used to have!

Yes, we used to have an ace McDonald’s in our town for children’s parties. Sat in the upstairs play area, it was grubby and dingy but full of personality and way more exciting than the bland, conveyor belt system they have now. Those iPad tables they have for the children are horrendous … mine never use them and much prefer colouring in!

My mom threw several parties for me when I was little. My last one at McDonald's was when I was 8. Because only 3 people showed up that I invited. After that, I just celebrated with my mom at home.

I've never had one either.
In front of my current house, I do have a buguer (not Mcdonalds, it's a local one) and I celebrated mine and my friend's birthdays there.

I did not even know they had birthday parties at Mcdonalds.
I would have had one if I known as a kid because I loved Mcdonalds.I ate way too much of that junk and fast food. However no Mcdonalds around have a play area.
I stopped eating Mcdonalds when I was fifteen.

Kids parties at Mcdonalds were amazing! We even had a Mcdonalds with an indoor play area which had a ball pit and other stuff, it was awesome!!

I've heard of the McRib a few times but I don't think we had it in the UK (unless I completely missed it). I really want to try it one day

It's worth reminding you the McRib will only be around for a limited time, but based on these yearly trends we can cross our fingers it will be back again in 2022. For now, just be sure to get in as many McDonald's runs after November 1 as possible to satisfy your McRib craving before it leaves menus once again.
