Meat vs plant-based

Which is the superior diet?

Have you tried both?

Which one is better?

I've only had "free sample bites" of 'pretend burger' at Costco. Probably not a fair test, but I was not enticed to buy.

Plant based for me. Vegetarian since 1996, vegan since 2017. Because of my animal rights beliefs.

I've tried those, even ordered a couple at fast food places. They taste alright but really bad for you as well. High in sodium and carbs.
