Gonna make spaghetti this sunday and I got a suggestion of adding meatballs.. Never made them before. How do you make them?

If you're going to make your own breadcrumbs, leave a slice or 2 of bread out over night to get a bit stiff, then put it through the blender.

Or, toast the bread lightly.

It is difficult to make proper bread crumbs from a fresh, soft slice of bread.
Even if u let it get hard, it'll still soften up as soon as it mixes with the other wet ingredients.

Well the meatballs turned out okay.. They were a little soft. I should have fryed them up in a pan instead of baking them in the oven.
