Do you have a media room in your home? What does it include?

I used to have media room consisting of tons of movies and shows. But not anymore after I moved. Everything is in our living room.

The previous owners turned a portion of the finished basement into a media room. We put our workout stuff in there but didn't hang up the speakers, they're sitting on the floor.

Now you have a goal!! One thing I'd advise is to test the soundproofing of that room. Is it near the other bedrooms where it will keep those people awake while you're watching something? Speakers on the wall can also add vibrations, so keep that in mind.

I live in a townhouse, so I'd have an upset neighbor if I cranked my music up. They can hear everything we do, and we can hear everything they do.
