Member's birthdays

On your forum, do you keep everyone noted on member's birthdays or do you let everyone post that it's their birthday? I do either when it comes to the Birthday thread I have, but I don't mention birthdays of inactive members as I don't see the point in that, personally.

I normally post happy birthday topics for anyone who celebrating a birthday and is active if someone else hasn't beaten me to it.
