If your a forum owner looking for some revenue for your forum, do you implement a 'Premium' membership option for a monthly/yearly fee? What options do you include that are not available to normal member and entice people to join that group?

I haven't implemented one yet, but I plan to. I think you should generally offer some great features that normal members don't have, like maybe a chat room, access to stuff before everyone else, better or increased options, etc.
I'm not a forum owner but if I was, I would never implement a 'Premium' membership option for a monthly/yearly fee. With all the forums out there that offer options for free, I would think by charging members to be able to get these options would only chase them away.
