Memorable Teachers

Describe some of your most memorable or inspiring teachers from your past or present.

What made them special or stand out in your memory?

Being nice is a nice way to be. Although it's nice to be important, it's more important to be nice.



I never forgot that phrase to this day.



My grade school science teacher would always start class with that same saying. I suppose in hindsight it was such an unorthodox way to start class but he loved that quote. Not only that but he truly lived it to the fullest. He was a funny, kind, and caring teacher and to this day I have found no teacher like him. It was important for him to live by example.



And he taught me that in life you are remembered - not by the achievements in your life, but by the example you were able to pass on to others and what you made your life out to be. Like what Einstein said - Try not to become a man of success, but rather a man of value.



When I was still in grade school he passed away. The school sent a letter home to the students and at the time it really hit us hard - it was one of my earlier experiences of loss. But it was comforting knowing the kind of life he lived.

My 9th grade English teacher. She was nice and hot.

My grade 9 geography teacher. That class was so much better with him as a teacher than any other geography teacher.
