Do you like mexican food?

Whats your favorite items / dishes?

There is as significant a difference between Mexican food and Tex-Mex or Americanized Mexican Food and real Chinese food and what you get at the buffet in the shopping center.

And happen to like all of the above.

And yes, I have had mole that was so rich that you could still taste it two days later.

I went out to a new mexican spot today. It was really good! I got a carnitas super burrito.

I made an extremely large taco with seasoned ground beef, taco blend cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, chipotle salsa, and a splash of hot pepper sauce.

Reason #34 out of a huge number why I love food from Mexico.

Oh, and don't forget the chiccarones (pork rinds). These are great for a Mexican snack.

Sounds good! I would have used carne asada (steak) for the meat though.

Pork rinds are good too!
