Minister says he caught "angel" on video

A minister from Charleston, W.Va., says he caught evidence of an angel in his neighborhood on cameras set up to catch criminals.

It doesn't appear to be an 'orb' nor does it look like a reflection of a car headlight or a bug or even a camera artifact.

From the video in the clip, I'm not sure what it is, but I can tell you one thing for certain:

"It ain't an 'angel'."

Looks like someone shining a flashlight directly into the camera, or it could have been a reflection of a car headlight on the camera lens.
