Monopoly Streets

I got a Nintendo Wii Game this Christmas called Monopoly Streets. It plays the game very similar to the classic monopoly but makes it more 3d and fun. What I find interesting is that sometimes the characters (if they are computer players), might have 1,000+ but will still go to a property, Monopoly Man will say what the game generates him to say, but the computer then puts the property up for auction.



Why put the property up for auction when you have the money to buy it?
