Elite MemberBALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Moreau man was found guilty of sexual assault in Saratoga County Court late Wednesday afternoon. Michael Pelletier was convicted by a jury after a three-week trial.
In June 2024, Pelletier was arrested for allegedly violently assaulting a woman, both physically and sexually, inside his home on Selfridge Road with children present. The woman was treated for her injuries at Saratoga Hospital.
