Mother's Day Gift Suggestions?

What are some ideas for Mother's Day gifts? I feel that my mom really deserves something great this year. I'm home schooled while my sister is in 8th Grade and my little brother is in kindergarten, and her days are hectic. For her birthday we sent her on a cruise, and I think she needs something relaxing, but I still have no clue what to get! She doesn't have much of a social life, what with driving us around to and fro, and she's allergic to most flowers, grass, trees, and pollen... Any suggestions as to what might be a good thing to get her?

Here's a few:

• Start with breakfast in bed
  
• Give her a gift certificate to her favorite Beauty Salon ( there's nothing like a new hairstyle, manicure & pedicure to make a woman feel pampered)
  
• Make it a No Chores Day - You and your siblings vacuum, do laundry or other chores mom would usually do
  
• Wash and vacuum her car
  
• You and your siblings make her Mothers Day cards - they are so much more personal than just going out and buying them
