Ever need some motivation? Discuss motivation & other related material.

I've always been the type of person that needs a bit of a boost at times, and that is where motivation comes in! I try to motivate others to the best of my ability, because I know if I were in their situation, I would want some motivation.

I let others know if they did good on their presentation/project. I may be a bit generous on compliments and supportive statements, but for the most part I do try to be honest and provide others with encouragement/motivation to keep going.

Everyone needs motivation sometimes. My biggest cheerleader/motivator is my best friend Owen. He and I talk every day--have lunch about 3 times a week, and he always lets me know what a great job I'm doing (whether it's helping run a forum, or working, or just a project that I'm doing around the house.)

I need a lot of attention, more than most people. So I rely on other people to boost my morale and motivate me to do stuff. Also because I'm so lazy. When someone shows me their work and asks for opinions, I try to give them something I like about it and something they could improve on. Nobody's perfect, not even John Douglas...I do like to make people feel happy about their work, but I don't like glancing over something quickly and telling them it's fine if it's not.

However if someone's stuck in a rut, I will probably go a bit overboard and try to get them back on their feet. As said above I would want someone to do it for me.

I hate when people do that to be honest. Leave me alone.. I dont need a cheerleader.

Anyways when I need motivation, like if Im really tired and still have 5 hours to go on my shift at work. I just say to my self mind over matter and that usually gets me through something. Also music is a really good motivator. When you have music going while working, the hours just fly by like nothing.

I have a serious problem with procrastination. I don't know why either. I know I do it, but can't stop it.
