My GP Appointment!

At my last GP appointment, I've asserted with her that I'm officially on menopause. It has been 3 months since I've had my periods and she has given me Seroquel, a medication to help me with my insomnia. And I couldn't be happier currently in life as I will have a long time to enjoy free from menstrual products.I have been bleeding for 25-26 years so yeah. Some of ladies start really early their menstrual cycle and I feel so much for them because I have been through the same as them, little girls of 8-9 not knowing what's happening to their body and I thinking that I'd die and etc. And you personally? Have you been lately to a dr appointment personally in your view?

When I asked my OGGYN what I should do/know about menopause, he said, "Well, you can go crazy if you want to."
I don't think I'll ever forget that.

I wish those were still around. It'd be expensive as fuck nowadays, though. It's like 4 bucks or so for a large fry here in my city and state now. even mcdoubles and other items went up.

Fast food is super expensive but I suppose thats more motivation to cook at eat at home.
