Okay, so I'm home alone tonight and as a result cooking for one.

I was initially going to go outside and use the BBQ, but too much cleaning after that. So I stuck to the usual kitchen.

I began by taking a Rainbow Trout (store bought. Yeah, I'm not a fisherman in the least.) Then I cut up some Lemon and Lime and brought out some Lemon Thyme, Continental Parsley, Parsley and Kafir Lime Leaves.
Stuff it all inside the gut-hole ( :P ) and shoved it in the grill until the skin started to burn.

Served with a side of:
Green Salad, Tabouleh, Steamed Rice, Marinated Button Mushrooms, Sliced Kalamata Olives, Prawns, Chips, Potato Cake and Vegetarian Samosa.
With plenty of left overs of each.

I'm pretty impressed with myself! :D

[Click as they will be too big to post and yes, I am using a disposable plate my wife had left over from a BBQ she threw to save washing :P ]

[I also don't think the camera on my phone is very good...]

Haha. It's not about being independent.
I mean, I cook. I just often stuff up my own plan half way through.
Today it went pretty flawlessly (and no one was here to see it. :/ ) So I had to share. :P

I can't say I'd put the same effort into something I was eating by myself. I'd probably just make a sandwich or something.

The final result looked delicious. How long do it take you to make all that?
