Neighbor = annoying idiot

Ok well I live in this house for only 6 more days but I really cant stand my neighbor (we share the same property). I know this is petty crap but its the principal of the matter.

• She has been running the water NON STOP. I dont know what her obsession with water is but she always has that hose in her hand or is running the sprinklers. Nothing needs to be watered all day every day for several hours. I few times Ive went over and shut off the water, then disconnected the hose. I even thought about taking off the handle so she would be unable to turn the water on, but I didnt go that far...
  
• I have some chairs and stools in the back yard for ME and MY company to sit on. She has never asked me if she can sit on the chairs or borrow them, she just takes them. I come home from work and I walk into the back and see my chairs scooted over by her house. A few times I just left it, and the other times I brought the chairs back where they are supposed to go. The next day I see my chairs over by her house again, and so on.. So I put them all inside. I guess I missed one because the next day I seen one of my stools over on the side of her house with a blanket over it. I was like WTF.. I threw the blanket in the wet grass and took my stool and put it in inside.
  
• Today I go over to tell her that I will be moving on Friday when I noticed that MY door mat was under her door. I said Oh, where you borrowing this? She said Uh... Is that yours?!?! I said Yeah, you grabbed it from in front of my house didnt you? then I grabbed it and walked back to my house.
  

Like I said its all petty stuff but it really pisses me off.

Perhaps you should leave her a 'gift' in your garden. Something she'll take into her house when you've gone, thinking you've forgotten it. (And stuff it full of fresh prawns! In a week her house will stink!!!)

She is. She is a total trailer park slut idiot. She stays up all hours of the night drinking with random guys. She even keeps her 3 year old daughter up with her until 4am+

I dont know what she is thinking. I could not believe that she said Oh is this yours? I wanted to say: if anything around here does not belong to you, then it belongs to me dumbass, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

I think that broad is keeping my mail. Before I went to work today I checked the mail, had some stuff for me.. Left it in the box and would grab it later. I get home and the box is empty. I haven't got my electricity or Water bill yet and they are always here by now.



I will ask her tomorrow.. Not that I will get an honest answer.

The only thing I care about is the electricity and water bill because we split the utilities and I need to see how much they are so I can charger her, her half. Guess I will have to drive downtown and get print outs of my bills instead.



God what a psycho. Is friday here yet? Then I can be gone from this place.

I don't mean to be mean but why on earth would you leave stuff in your mailbox knowing your neighbor is a psycho?

People steal other poeples mail for a reason. They are trying to get your account numbers or other vital information that would aide them in setting up credit or other accounts in your name. The other reason is that they don't want you to see something: in your case the water and electric bill.

I would highly suggest that you go and get the print out of these bills. I wouldn't even waste my time asking her because you know what's going to happen. Not only that, you didn't see her take it nor have any proof she did. Leave her alone and Friday is only a few days away.

Yes, it is against the law and I would make a police report. Maybe while the police are there they can also do something about the child abuse going on.

I agree. You should complain to Social Services too or whomever deals with child abuse in the USA. She needs some professionals to start looking into her situation.

Well she does it on the weekends. They are asleep when I get home from work at 10:30pm during the week.

But I'll make an anonymous call after I leave this place. Although they wont do anything unless the child is really in danger and they wont come in the middle of the night to see if she is actually keeping her child up.

I agree wholeheartedly with this about the child abuse. She shouldn't be keeping a 3 year old up until 4 AM. Especially if the kid goes to preschool or daycare. The mail thing should be reported as well.
