Nothing really noticeable on the outside. Maybe a nervous laugh here and there.

it depends on what's getting me uptight. if it's an individual pissing me off, i do whatever it takes to eliminate them from my presence, have a smoke and play some music.

if it's anticipation of something imminent, i do pretty much the same thing, trying to occupy my mind with other things than the looming event.
