New gaming PC under £400

My bro wants to get a PC so he can play me at COD. I really want to kick his ass. He has a budget of £400. We are in U.K.

Do you guys have any recommendations for a gaming PC under £400? Not a lot of storage required but he wants a killer PC for under £400.

Gaming PC for £400 is impossible or it's going to be hard to get the top range. Most gaming PC are worth £800 for low ends..

For that you looking at AMD as they are cheaper then Intel, 8gb ram, Card be low end, like the radeon R7 and with that be playing games on medium
