The application created by Murphy-Milano – developed with her intellectual property by WetStone Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allen Corp – gives domestic violence and stalking victims a chance to document, through video, prior abuse and threats against their lives. Called an Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit, it has the capability of providing vital information that could aid in a suspect’s arrest and provide a solid criminal case for prosecutors.

“It’s powerful investigative information left in a videotaped document that is delivered directly to law enforcement and selected safe persons,” Murphy-Milano explains. “In cases that result in murder, the victim’s words can be admitted into testimony at trial as a ‘Last Will and Testament’ and carry weight in court.”
