Despite my effort to bring this thread back on topic, I can see it's going south again. One more post that does not address the OP subject: Mandatory dog insurance, will result in this thread being locked.

So... what if you can't exactly afford mandatory dog insurance? Get the dog taken away? A hefty fine? Jail time? I don't even see how its possible to enforce this. Unless every dog owner in the country got a visit to make sure it happened.
