Nightmares/Night-terrors

On average how many nightmares/night-terrors do you have? What are they about?

Haven't had any (that I recall) as an adult. When I was little, I used to have nightmares every night. I thought there was a boogie man hiding in my room. My poor dad had to show me every night there was no boogie man in my room. After he got a night light for my room, the nightmares ended.

I rarely get nightmares but there is one that gave me the creeps. I was in bed and I hear a snarling sound under the quilt and as I get up to see what's under it, it was a demonic dog shackled to my wrists and I got such a fright from that

I also had a nightmare where a large group of rowdy teenagers (Neds as they're called here in Scotland) were standing around in the back garden

Not a lot... probably. Can't really remember my dreams.

Might suffer nightmares when I'm ill, though.
