I highly doubt that Derek Jeter or the Yankees are going to let this happen to this guy. I hope I wrong because this just pisses me off. Then again, I wouldn't be in this mess because I would have kept that ball!

It could've been worse, whenever I first had this article read to me by a neighbor that apparently witnessed it whilst watching television, he stated that the story was, the guy caught the ball and whenever he went to return it, he was fined $25,000, I thought something about what he said didn't sound logical.
