What do you absolutely have no patience for?

Morons.
I've had an account with this cell phone company for 3 years now. About a year and a half ago, they changed their billing system and it messed my account up so bad. They tried to charge me triple my bill one month, put my name on other people's accounts, etc. Once my contract was up, I closed my account out and opened a brand new one as a pay as you go account. I set up auto pay for them to pull out the money for my bill and they failed to do that and cut my service. When I went in to talk to them about it, this is when I find out my name is on other people's accounts. This is the short version as I would be here all day explaining what they've done over the last 1.5 years. Anyways, I go to leave them and they tell me I can switch my number over to the new service, but the new company says the old company won't release my number and the old company says I should be able to... I just cut all ties and got a new number with the new company.

This stands true when cars would not stop for the school bus when my 6 year old was getting on it and I called several police stations and tried to get them to sit in the parking lot beside my house and catch these people, but they said, "What do you want us to do about it." I said, "Umm, your job!" and then they say, "We are under staff, we can't do anything for you." Really!? Thought the police was there to 'serve and protect'.

So yeah... morons.

Actually, those words were removed from all police cars several years ago because the cops finally accepted the fact that they cannot protect us, they can only investigate after a crime is committed. "Protect and serve" is no longer their motto, understandably so, if you ask me. Your protection is in your own hands.

Any chance you'll tell us which carrier messed up your phone account so badly?
Well in my opinion, the police never held up to that motto anyways, so it's a good thing they removed it.
US Cellular. I'm with Verizon now and so far so good, but it's only been a day, so we will see how it goes.

idiots and people who think they know better, but dont

mentally conditioned fanatics who argue with insults.
