North Korea Tells Citizens: We're in World Cup Final...of course you didn't even have to pay attention to the World Cup to know this is an outright lie. The North Koreans we're knocked out in the first round of the cup two weeks ago. The upcoming and very exciting final match is between Argentina and Germany (although North Koreans being as shuttered as they are wouldn't know this anyways).
