So, simple question. What have you been feeling nostalgic about lately? And why?

for me it was building a model last week by a company that went bust over 20 years ago.......back then they were something of a revelation in the model world for a few reasons......so building one now reminds me of times back then

For me it was going back to the very first large forum I ever joined. I was reading through some of the old posts and reminiscing about the fun we used to have there. The forum still exists but many of the long term members have moved on to other forums. Shame that the Moderators and lack of Admin interest had to ruin the fun by issuing warnings, infractions and bans that were uncalled for. The place is now such a downer that I no longer want to be part of it.

Playing Pokemon Gold last year was a nostalgic moment for me, when I last played it back in 2003

Watching some of the animes back when I was 6 or 8 something years old like old-school Pokemon, Flint the Time Detective, and Cardcaptor Sakura for example brings in a lot of nostalgia every time I watch them. I had very fond memories watching these when they aired on KidsWB, Fox Kids, Cartoon Network, etc., and it still brings out the kid in me.

Same with Jazzy I go back to the very first forum I joined - it's been years and now they have closed down.



Am I the only one who likes to watch their favorite childhood programs? Try this exercise for change: Think back to your favorite cartoons, children shows, or sitcoms from when you were younger. When you have a name in mind, go to youtube and search up the theme song and see if you can still sing along. lol



I also like to go back to my past artwork and projects that were never completed. Now, when I have the ability to them , but not the time.

It still trips me out that my daughter is 7 years old now.. I can hold a conversation with her and she is in school. It feels like just yesterday she was a little baby and I had to keep her head supported, change diapers & give her a bottle every 3 hours.
