OBE/Astral Projection/Lucid Dreaming

Can anyone do these? Sometimes people are naturally born with being able to do these and they think it's normal until they find out that not many people can do it naturally.

Anyways I've been trying to for quite a while now. I got into a trance today though

Which are wicked fun because I was sleeping going through REM and felt extremely heavy, but I knew I was sleeping. I'm not sure what to do after that :/ I get the urge to wake up. I tried to AP but when I moved my arm it just woke me up :'( I think it'd be so cool to astral project or obe or even lucid dream. I hope to some day.

Samcro is this natural for you? Have you been able to lucid dream your whole life(I mean i know its only really 1-3 times a month give or take.

Yea always been natural. I'd say I have a lucid dream once or twice every couple of months.
