fficials are warning about the dangers posed by lithium-ion batteries after a rise in fires. The batteries are commonly found in phones, bikes and electric cars. NBC’s Vicky Nguyen reports on what you need to know to use them safely.

Scary, but I don't have any motorcycle/e-scooter sized batteries in my house.

I do have some smaller ones in the house, for cordless vacuum cleaners; he has I don't know how many cordless tools in the shop. We've used these for years, though, so I hope they're okay.

I like cordless tools and gadgets but I feel like I have to charge almost everything in this house. Lol
