Oh Crap! My Living Accommodations Just Cancelled!

Well, I'm supposed to be moving to the city in 3 weeks. I had a place lined up and everything. Was going down tomorrow to pay DD. Today, I found out I'm no longer getting the place because one of her friends just broke up with her boyfriend and needs a place to live. So I'm a little nervous. Three weeks and have to find a new place.



My girlfriend said it was unreasonable for her to do this, however, I'm a lot more sympathetic and know I'd do the same,



What are your views? Wish me luck finding a place!

My view is the boyfriend should have been told you were moving into the apartment in three weeks. He also should have been told he could stay there for a week or two but then he would need to find another place to stay. For all you know, this couple is going to get back together and that would mean you could have moved in as planned. Not fair, IMO, that you're the one that now needs to find a place and only have three weeks to do so. I wish you the best of luck!

Me too. =] Although it's weird to think what if. What if I didn't go to this place, do this, etc. I never would have met this person, o this person... Well you get the idea!
