When was the last time you spilled or dropped your food or drink?

What was it? Was it a big mess? Who cleaned it?
 
Last time I spilled something was yesterday morning. It was a cup of coffee. The mess wasn't that bad and I cleaned it myself.
 
Knocked over a can of Pepsi Max
