Optical illusion tattoo goes viral online

An Irishman's optical illusion tattoo - making it look as if he has a hole right through his arm - is proving a viral hit.

Paddy Buckley's amazing ink-work is the work of artist Paul O'Rourke of AllStar Tattoo in Limerick.

The image has been circulated on online outlets, as well as social media with Reddit and Facebook visitors praising Mr O'Rourke for his talent.

"I love geometrical tattoos, so this one was a lot of fun and a challenge at the same time," Mr O'Rourke told The Huffington Post.

He said the two-and-a-half hour session was made easier because Mr Buckley was able to sit still.
