In america, it's usually something indicated on your driver's license in case of an accident and you don't survive. Your organs will be donated to people who need them.

Yes, I am an organ donor. Been one since I got my license when I was 16. I also try to keep them free from liquor, smoke, and other bad things that could quicken the onset of death!
