If another animal group rose to be the dominant species on Earth, which one would be the most cruel to humankind?

Africanized bees are characterized by far greater defensiveness than European honey bees. They are more likely to attack a perceived threat and, when they do so, attack relentlessly and in larger numbers. Also, they have been known to pursue a perceived threat for a distance of well over 500 meters. This aggressively protective behavior, termed hyper-defensive behavior by scientists, has earned them the nickname "killer bees".

:panic:

While that sounds like something out of a (bad) horror movie, I don't think they have the capacity to be cruel. So, with that in mind I'm hedging my bets on whales. They'll enslave us to build their underwater palaces.
