Have you ever dated someone who was "out of your league"?

How did it happen?

What was the relationship like?

Did you feel insecure and jealous all the time?

Why did it end (or is it still a strong relationship)?

There is no such thing as "out of your league" unless you make it so.

The answer is yes, not that it was real, but it is a perception.
I came from a poor background and even if I met a girl that really liked me, if she was well off, or enjoyed stuff that I could afford to do with her I would feel that she was out of my league.

My wife was and is out of my league by a mile.

I think she saw a huge project in me to mold 11 years ago. LOL! And yet had a very wealthy man pursuing her at the time and she still picked me the average Nebulous.

Can you please explain after all these years together, you feel she's still out of your league?

Besides out educating me by a mile. Because she made me a better person. Without her motivating me and helping me I would have never started my successful business. Hell I was not even taking care of my health properly until she got into my life. She is far more then I deserved. I should not have said a mile I should have said 100 million miles.

I'd say you were exactly the person she needed. You offered her the one thing she couldn't get on her own and that is someone to which to pour this great, selfless and powerful love onto who would truly appreciate it and be ever grateful for the gracious gift that she had to offer. As after all, what good is a love like this if there is no one to which it is to be shared with? Love after all by design is meant to be shared. There is no greater gift you could have given her then to be able to witness the transformational and awesome power of selfless love and she would never have gotten that if you weren't there.
