"page rank" link spammer

This was hilarious.

Explanation:
in the world of search engines, (in most cases) a lower number on your "PR" score is better, like golf.
So a site with a PR3 is getting more traffic than say a 7.

So then I get this:

Hi ,
I am looking to do one-way link building with desgin and technology sites.
We thought you might be interested in this since your site (themediadesk.com)
is in this category.

One way links are like this: SITE A -> themediadesk.com -> SITE B

I will link to themediadesk.com from my PR6 SITE A and you link to my SITE B
from themediadesk.com in return. As your themediadesk.com is PR2, a link
from a PR6 site will improve your pagerank as well as search engine ranking a
lot. And both of our sites are in similar category, this brings extra value
to both of our audience.

Also, having too many "paid links" on a page can get you blacklisted from some of the better search engines and listings.

I would just ignore it. Off Topix.net is a PR2 and I don't really care if its a PR3 or a PR8 for that matter.
