I am wanting an admin for a movie community I am working on. It's version two of MovieHive. Version one can be seen here: http://themoviehive.com/old
Version one was a Wordpress site which had it's run and it's time for better things.
So version 2 is going to be a brand new community forum. People can discuss movies of any kind. We have a movie database which is split into several genre's by topic prefix. Plus a now showing and coming soon section. As well as heaps of movie discussions. The site is a WIP and therefore offline to the public.
If someone would like to lend a hand this is a paid position. I ask that you know a bit about movies. I don't ask that you know each and every actor from the top of your head but in the interview procedure I do ask you a couple of easy movie questions. This is just so I know how well you would relate to me. Obviously I ask that you do not use Google for help with the answers.

We will go from there and you'll be paid at the end of each month starting next month (Seeing as Christmas is coming up I may be able to pay you near the middle of next month depending on how well you work)
Admins are asked to:
Promote the community and get members
Assist in anything I need help with.
Keep the community running and keep it friendly.
Find staff as we need them.
Being a paid position the advertising and promotion of the community is the main thing I would need assistance in.
