Do you give money to panhandlers / beggars ?
 
We don't have many where I live but, I do give them money. Just some spare change or the most $1. I don't know how they got on the street to become a panhandler/begger because I haven't walked a day in their shoes. Maybe they are just down on their luck or have no family or friends that care about them.

No, we have a social security system to get them back on their feet. The only ones that have to beg are addicts.

We don't, we let them rot in the streets. I avoid going to certain parts of my town because it's depressing to see them all.
 
I've only seen one ever, and that was out of town. She was at an intersection and had a sign that said I need food or something.
