Parents are trying to reverse autism

Parents are turning to a dangerous industrial solution used for bleaching wood pulp in a bid to reverse autism in their children, according to reports.

The proclaimed ‘miracle cure’ Miracle Mineral Solution, which contains chlorine dioxide – a mix of sodium chlorite and citric acid – is the brainchild of Jim Humble, who left the Church of Scientology to form the Genesis II Church of Healing & Health and claims his product can cure HIV, malaria, hepatitis, autism, acne and cancer.

And If You Only News reports that parents are turning to the substance – called ‘dangerous’ and ‘potentially life threatening’ by the Food and Drug Administration – in order to try and reverse autism in their children.

‘My son who sometimes gets hysterical wants to push the second it touches his bottom and he will scream and kick,’ writes one parent.

‘But I do notice those very bad times is when he passes lots of “slime”. We started double dosing about 10 minutes before his enema which helps him be calmer.

‘I tell him that I believe it is helping him to heal. I tell him that it is going to help him be able to talk and play and ride a bike and play with his brothers.’

Other parents have said that they are persevering with the treatment despite vomiting from their children, Raw Story reports.

The Autism Science Foundation warned of the dangers of healthcare fraud, which they said is a ‘huge business’.

‘Parents of children with autism are often targeted. Fringe treatment providers prey on desperation and fear, and deceive parents with numerous unfounded claims,’ it said.

IMO this is child abuse pure and simple. Whoever they are and wherever they live they should be immediately prosecuted for torturing their child.

It is a matter of time before a child is killed by this.

Take parenting rights off of these 'parents'.

The parents are just going to have to learn that its a problem that they're going to have to live with. Some times the problem isn't in the child, its with the parent. Not all things can be avoided and can not currently be cured as they would like. They just need to get over it and learn to live with it, or send the child to a better home where they won't be abused.
