it is not bigotry, it is standing up against oppression of women. it is amazing how when you throw the world 'religion' into something then all the rules with regards to personal freedoms go out the window.

It is my religion, therefore I can treat my wife as a third class citizen or something which I own. It is time the west, and particularly women in the west, stoop up for the freedoms which were hard fought for. Or are women okay watching other women being suppressed because of religious laws?

Plus, from a security perspective, people should be allowed to see other people's faces.
