- 600 g squid
 - 2 onions, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 1 tomato, chopped
 - ½ glass red wine
 - ½ tomato juice
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Dill and parsley, chopped
 - Olive oil
 - 2 cups ditalini pasta
 
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
 - Add the squid and cook for 8–10 minutes.
 - Pour in the wine, allowing the alcohol to evaporate. Then add the chopped tomato, tomato juice, salt, pepper, dill, and parsley. Simmer until the sauce thickens, adding a little boiling water if needed.
 - Meanwhile, cook the ditalini pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and mix with the squid and sauce.
