Delicious and easy 👩‍🍳

ingredients:
  • 600 g squid
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ glass red wine
  • ½ tomato juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dill and parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups ditalini pasta

Method:
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the squid and cook for 8–10 minutes.
  • Pour in the wine, allowing the alcohol to evaporate. Then add the chopped tomato, tomato juice, salt, pepper, dill, and parsley. Simmer until the sauce thickens, adding a little boiling water if needed.
  • Meanwhile, cook the ditalini pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and mix with the squid and sauce.
