Ever ran into people like this? How do you feel about them?

They piss me off, frankly. And I do my best to show them that they are no better than I am.

Daddy always said that no one can make you feel inferior without your permission--so I don't give it to them....

Actually Eleanor Roosevelt said that, but yeah same meaning.

I don't really care because people like are only doing that because they are in fact insecure about themselves and need to put you down to make themselves feel better. I actually feel sad for them to have to live life like that.

I deal with people like that everyday within my town and quite frankly I am slightly bothered by it. I believe that their isn't superiority within people and if their was, the superior wouldn't be fazed because they wouldn't feel the need to be told that they are better than someone else to make themselves feel great. Though, I do believe that no one is better than anyone else I do believe that one could be a better person, if that makes sense. What I mean is though I am quiet within school, I tend to usually get my work done and have a overall mature way of living however, the others that are joining me, not including a brief few, within the classroom are quiet rebellious and disrespectful and just from view I would seem like a greater person at that moment, because I don't misbehave often nor do I rebel unless given a very legitimate reason which fortunately I haven't been given but that doesn't mean I am better but perhaps a better person at that specific moment? I don't know the way I want to explain it seems a little bit arrogant but that isn't want I am intending it to be. I never took much of a liking to what normal kids seem to do these days, and for whatever reason I became very observant and matured quickly due to that.

Anyway, to answer the question, I would have to say that I do deal with a multiple amount of people like that on a day to day basis but I usually do not let it faze me however, they're not the kind of people I usually choose to associate with.

She never claimed that he made it up, she just claimed that he stated it often. Just because someone else is the creator of the pairing of words doesn't mean it can't be said by someone else /

What's that? You're better than me? Good for you!

You mean there are people out there better than me?

Seriously, I am the best I can be and do not tolerate or associate with people that put others down to make themselves look good. IMO, they do this because they are insecure and need to get a life

I can't hate myself. Lmao

But yeah, I try my hardest not to come off as a person like that, but sometimes I'm thinking it.

Now please don't hate, because it's just a confidence thing.

We aren't talking about you thinking you are better than other people, we are talking about people who think they are better than you.

Lmao I know I was just playin because of the whole debate we had about confidence a while back, but in reality I just laugh at people like that because if I notice it it means they're trying too hard. You shouldn't need to show that you're better then someone, but know it. I would just consider people like that as insecure and let them think what they want, because in reality thinking and actually being are two different things. They can think whatever they want really doesn't bother me just makes me love myself more for the fact that they try so hard to come off as that. IDK if what I just wrote makes sense lmao but I know what I'm trying to say makes sense...
