Pet cat thrown out for 'being gay'

A woman has thrown her pet cat out onto the streets for reportedly being gay.

Seven-year-old Bull has been publicly disowned in the Nigerian town of Lafia, for what was termed "an unnatural sexual behaviour" which an unnamed woman found "a contradiction of the laws of nature."

According to the Leadership newspaper, no cats born in the house while Bull was in residence have his colour, which dismayed his unnamed ex-owner.

"Anybody interested in this gay cat can have it because I have no further use of it," she said.

Acts of animal cruelty sadly aren't uncommon at all, but this is the first time I've ever heard of an incident of throwing out a pet for "unnatural" sexual relations. Talk about weird...
