If you’re looking for a more active hobby, here ya go!

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Have you done it?
 
I have done pilates before. Unfortunately, I've been in a lot of pain recently and have found it difficult to exercise much without causing more pain. Gentle exercises like yoga/pilates/tai chi, though, seem to be a bit easier on the bod.
 
I don't even know what they are or how to do them.
