I hate Pins and Needles or Paresthesia. How often do you get it?

When I accidentally block my circulation by sitting in an awkward position.

It happens at least once a week

I have pins and needles now!!!



I only get it if I've been sat in one position for ages.

Don't get it often as I try to move around and not sit in one position for long periods of time.

Last time I got it in my arm. I was sleeping with my arm propping up my head. Woke up and panicked because I thought my arm was missing hahahahaha.
