News from: http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Police-Arrest-Woman-for-Indecent-Exposure-275933361.html

Police in Maryland say they have arrested a woman for indecent exposure and attempted burglary after discovering her partially nude and passed out in someone else's yard in Frederick.

Police arrested 32-year-old Lisa Gladhill of Damascus at around 3 p.m. on Saturday after receiving a report of indecent exposure.

Police say when they arrived at the scene they discovered Gladhill nude from the waist down and passed out in a chair in the backyard of a residence that was not hers. Police say Gladhill unsuccessfully tried to go into the victim's house before she was arrested.

An online court record did not list an attorney for Gladhill, and a telephone message left Sunday at a listing for her was not immediately returned.

Thoughts?

how did she attempt to burglarize that home if she was passed out in the yard due to being drunk/wasted? :|

That would be "attempted unlawful entry", and/or "trespassing", NOT Burglary.

You're absolutely correct Doc!
