Limiting isn't really necessary and forcing abortions on people is just plain cruel.
Limiting isn't necessary because, as a country gets wealthier, people will not need a lot of children to support them when they get older and are more likely to pursue a career first and not try for children until they're somewhat older and the older someone gets the harder it is to get pregnant thus further limiting population growth. Of course not all countries are wealthy (duh), but this seems to be changing slowly.

I do think that there are too many people in this world, but I don't really beleive in limiting the amount of children someone can have.
