These types of threads were so popular on forums years ago. But they don't seem to get posted anymore. Does anyone have any idea why they don't exist anymore?

People are more closed off these days. Some are still open and willing to share pictures, but most don't want to. I definitely don't like seeing my own picture, so I'd never share it online.
